After facing difficult health setbacks, I turned to training and nutrition as a way to rebuild my strength, discipline, and overall well-being. Through consistency and commitment, I was able to transform my health and regain control of my life.
Along the way, I also embraced a vegan, whole-food lifestyle, learning how powerful proper nutrition can be in supporting performance, recovery, and long-term health.
